Diverse work group to focus on your child's needs and 2nd shift to accommodate working parents
I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where I was born and raised; I have three handsome boys and one beautiful baby girl. I love working with children and families and have been doing so for over 15 years. Children aged 3 to 5 have been my specialty but I enjoy all ages and stages of child development. Every child is different and I learn something new every day from the child's perspective. With each new day comes a new adventure.
My background in early childhood is the following: I have a degree in early childhood education. I was a Head start teacher for over 10 years working with low income families trying to close the education gap. I strive every day to enhance the children’s education. I am the Assistant Director here at Trinidad’s where I work directly with the teachers in the classrooms to ensure our children's best interests are being met. This way I get to meet the parents and get to know them better so that I could provide their child with a service that would meet the parents’ approval and I also instruct my teachers to do the same. My motto is “Every child deserves a chance to succeed so let's give them one.”
